I know firsthand how overwhelming divorce can be.
At just 24 years old, I said “I do,” never imagining how drastically my life would change. Nine years later, I found myself a single mother of four children under the age of eight, navigating what became a grueling 14-year divorce that drained more than $125,00 and countless days, nights, and court appearances. The financial strain, emotional toll, and endless battles were beyond anything I could have foreseen as a young mother and wife. My own experience is living proof that the legal system too often fails to protect the very people it was designed to serve.
But out of that hardship came purpose.
Today, I combine my extensive career in global healthcare, where I specialized in improving surgical outcomes and advocating for vulnerable populations— with my professional certification as a Divorce Coach and the hard-earned lessons of my own journey.
It is this journey that now fuels my mission in divorce coaching: helping individuals; especially those facing high-conflict dynamics, complex financial issues, or emotionally charged negotiations, move forward with clarity, confidence, and strategy.
Divorce is not just a legal process; it’s a human experience. My role is to help you rebuild your sense of self, make empowered decisions, and step into the next chapter of your life with strength and purpose.
Because I’ve been where you are. And I know, YOU WILL get through this.
My mission is simple:
To change the way divorce is experienced. By reducing unnecessary conflict, empowering individuals to make informed decisions, and ensuring that the process protects both people and what matters most to them, whether that’s their children, their wealth, or their future.
I work with individuals and families navigating the challenges of divorce.
Whether you’re contemplating separation, in the midst of proceedings, or dealing with a high-conflict situation. My goal is to help you find clarity, protect what matters most, and move forward.
Divorce doesn’t just affect two people. It impacts everyone connected to the relationship, and as such I support not only spouses, but also parents, in-laws, adult children, and extended family members who are touched by the dissolution of a marriage.
Whether you’re co-parenting young children, redefining family roles, or simply trying to find your footing in the aftermath of change, I provide personalized strategies and practical guidance tailored to your unique circumstances, so you and those you love can move through this chapter with clarity, compassion, and strength.
Divorce may change your story, but you don’t have to go through this alone. I’d be honored to help you through this transition.
